This process also has the form of overtime calculation from where overtime payment is calculated and added as input in added allowance processing system. This added allowance is sum up with basic salary and go to input data as salary deduction process.

    1. Salary deduction process will take all the deductions like a)Taxation b)Provident fund fees/charge c)Deduction due to loan withdrawal etc. as input data and summed up.

 

This will deduct from the input comes from Added Allowance process and generate Net.

      • Manager can login into his/her account and can check the every details
        related to employee.
      • Employee will punch or provide their ‘Office In’ and ‘Office Out’ time into the
        system.
      • HR manager will calculate the Earn Leave according to employee attendance.
      • Manager will send the HR information to Payroll Manager.
